Trust Protectorships

Fees for acting as a Trust Protector will always be quoted for on a case-by-case basis, taking into account all known and anticipated factors relevant to the specific case, but will be subject to the following minimum fees:

Initial Acceptance Fee

£4,000 (US$5,000)

Annual Fees

£5,000 (US$6,250)

Any third party disbursements will be recharged at cost.

Other Services

Fees for the provision of any Other Services will always be quoted for on a case-by-case basis.
